Burton Art Gallery
Our exciting bed beside the burton Art Gallery and Cafe du Parc is bursting with Rhubarb, Blueberries and Apples. Lots of flowers for pollinators and even woad which is a natural Dye Plant!
Pollinator Flower Beds
We have several pollinator flower beds either side of the Kiosk and toilet block. All the plants have been chosen specifically to support pollinators.
Riverbank Car Park
Growing beside the River
We look after a number of beds along the river. We grow a variety of crops here, lots of herbs, flowers for the bees, even potatoes!
Crops in the Car Park
Our fruit bed outside the Town Band Room is now producing bumper crops of currants. We also have beds of strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, salads, garlic and more!
Bridge Street
Planters on the Hill
We have three large planters on Bridge Street, each planter is filled half with vegetables and half with flowers! We have had great crops of peas, leeks, kale and even have a grapevine!
Herb Garden
The Bridge Street Car Park Herb Garden was our first ever project. It is not well established, full of chives, sage, rosemary and thyme. Theres always plenty to harvest, help yourself!
Old Town Park
Raised Vegetable Beds
We have 6 raised beds in Old Town Park and apple trees too. Theres always something to harvest peas, beans, asparagus, raspberries, courgettes...
Flowers for Bees
At the entrance to the park we have two lovely flower beds, these are bursting with colour and pollinator friendly plants.
